Refund Policy

No returns of masks are allowed unless the material has any origin problem.


DEFECT PRODUCTS

Given the health and protection characteristics of these masks, products damaged as a result of their use shall not be considered defective.

MAASK shall be charged with shipping costs provided that the collection is scheduled byMAASK, and in NO case if the customer has chosen a different form of shipment. In cases where shipping costs are borne by the customer, MAASK will provide a label with the address to which you must send the package, by your own means. If you need us to help you find a transport agency, you can apply for it.


REQUIREMENT CANCELATION PROCESS

You may request cancellation of your order provided that this has not been processed. That is, even if payment has been made, the order has not left our facility.
