Mask returns are NOT allowed unless the material has a source problem.



Given the sanitary and protective characteristics of these masks, products damaged as a result of their use will not be considered defective.

MAASK will meet shipping costs as long as the collection is scheduled byMAASK, and in NO case if the customer has chosen a different shipping method. In cases where shipping costs are borne by the customer, MAASK will provide a label with the address to which you must send the package, by your own means. If you need help finding a transportation agency, you can apply.



You can request the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been processed. That is, even if the payment has been made, the order has not left our premises.
